Path To Fitness Success

The path to fitness success is not giving up when life gets tough.

A life without struggle or challenges would mean that you are playing it safe, staying with what you know, and limiting your own growth.  Struggle is a sign that you are pushing yourself, testing your limits, and making real progress.

Stay consistent and persistent with your fitness goals.  Don’t give up!

So let us not become tired of doing good; for if we do not give up, the time will come when we will reap the harvest.  Galatians 6:9 Path To Fitness Success

Hi everyone!

I know I have been M.I.A., but I’ll be back soon!  I’ll be stopping by your blogs to see how you’re doing.  Hopefully I can catch up with all of you this week.   Thanks for staying connected!  Chele~

Missing in Action

I’ve Learned to Love Myself

I’ve learned to love myself.  I’ve learned to love myself to live healthy.  I’ve learned to love myself regardless of its size.  I’ve learned to love myself by catching and releasing negative thoughts.  I’ve learned to love and have faith in myself and my abilities.  I’ve learned by loving myself helped me love others.

I’ve learned to love my body as the gift it is…A home which my spirit lives.  I’ve learned the importance of taking care of my body by letting go bad eating habits and taking action to live a healthy lifestyle.  I’ve learned to love my body the same way I would love my spouse or a family member or a friend, and treat it with the same tenderness, kindness, and acceptance.

I’ve learned that it’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself and to make your health and happiness a priority. It’s definitely necessary!

Love Yourself

This Is Your Journey

Not everyone will understand your journey.  That’s ok.  It’s not their journey to make sense of.  It’s YOURS!   Just because someone doesn’t understand your journey, it doesn’t mean you’re wrong or going in the wrong direction.  There are multiple paths to the same destination.  Learn to listen to feedback with an open mind, but not take it personally when someone doesn’t understand or agree with you or your decisions.

I’m forever thankful for the people God placed in my life who do understand, support, care and motivated me to keep going on my fitness journey.  I’m truly grateful for my better half,  mom and cousin who has saved me from a bad case of crazies last week.  Hee hee 🙂

This lifestyle change/journey is tough and it’s really tough when someone doesn’t “get” why you do what you do every day.   Just remember no matter what challenge, difficulty or obstacle may come your way in life stay focused and stay positive!

So if you think you have to be great to start, you don’t, you have to start to be great! Get started NOW! Chele~
