Welcome To My New Blog

I’m excited and happy to welcome everybody to my new blog.  After completing my 24 Day Challenge, I decided to start a fitness blog to focus more on my health and fitness journey.  This blog is about how I began and how Advocare enhanced my mental focus, physical performance and endurance. Although I am not a certified personal trainer, I am a runner and sort of a fitness fanatic that is willing to share my journey, healthy tips and fitness motivation that have worked for me and may help you too.
